How much can you transport?+
There is no fixed total limit. Quantity, distance, terrain, deadlines and crew size determine what is realistic and economical.
How heavy can an individual item be?+
This is assessed individually. We have documented transporting 74 kg batteries with two people and a custom stretcher, but this is not a general weight limit.
How is the price calculated?+
Total weight, the heaviest item, distance, elevation difference, terrain, staffing, travel time, equipment, accommodation and deadlines are the main factors.
Can you transport long materials?+
Yes, where the route and staffing allow safe handling. Send dimensions, weights and photos of the longest items.
What happens if the weather turns bad?+
Safety and responsible working come first. We agree on flexibility and a new date if conditions are unsuitable.
How should the load be packed?+
Items must withstand handling and weather as agreed. We provide specific advice once we know the contents, dimensions and route.
Do you work for private customers?+
Yes. We work for private cabin owners, businesses and organisations.
Can you collect from a builders’ merchant or supplier?+
Yes, when agreed as part of the job. We can also meet a supplier at a suitable transfer point.
When is carrying cheaper than a drone or helicopter?+
Often for small, short or complex one-off jobs. Large quantities along an open corridor may suit a drone or helicopter better.
What documentation does the customer receive?+
The agreed delivery may include photos, dates, times, location, checklists, meter readings, observed issues and a structured report or operation and maintenance records.
Can you arrange regular or recurring visits?+
Yes, when the scope, checkpoints, frequency, response and available capacity are agreed in advance.
How do you assess qualifications and responsibilities?+
We clarify the task, roles and necessary qualifications for each job. Where a subcontractor or authorised contractor is needed, responsibilities and scope must be agreed before starting.
