Agreed observation points

Inspections and documentation

We carry out agreed visual inspections at cabins, buildings, installations and outdoor areas with difficult access. Describe what needs observing, and we will agree on scope, responsibilities and delivery before starting.

What the customer can receive

A clear basis for follow-up

The delivery is adapted to the agreed checkpoints and format.

  • Agreed observations

We check visible, accessible points according to a work description or checklist.

  • Photos from the site

Photos are linked to times, locations and checkpoints as agreed.

  • Consolidated reporting

Observed issues and completed checkpoints are delivered in the agreed format for the customer’s follow-up.

How we carry it out

From agreement to delivered documentation

  1. The job is agreed

Location, timing, visible checkpoints and required documentation are described before starting.

  2. The visit is planned

We assess access, staffing, safe working and any necessary equipment.

  3. The inspection is carried out

Agreed points are observed, photographed and recorded without extending the specialist scope of the job.

  4. The results are delivered

The customer receives the agreed documentation, clearly distinguishing observations from matters requiring further specialist assessment.

Scope of the service

Visual observation is not a certified inspection

The visit describes what is visible and accessible on site. It does not replace statutory inspections, condition assessments or work requiring authorisation. Such needs are identified separately and must be assessed or handled by an authorised contractor.
